The Green Room Restaurant is being renovated and the menus reinvented to offer something completely unique in Singapore. Serving Diana von Cranach's 'rawfully good' living cuisine with purely Southeast Asian flavors, all the dishes on the new menu will be freshly prepared to order, offering inspiring, plant-based combinations of fruits, vegetables, pulses, sea vegetables, herbs, spices, seeds, leaves and edible flowers and no animal products of any kind.

The food will be balanced to ensure that all the essential enzymes and nutrients are included. To further highlight the many different textures and colours, the presentation will be beautiful with careful attention to detail. Where possible, the ingredients used will be locally or regionally sourced, seasonal, pesticide and GMO free so that all the authentic Southeast Asian flavours can be retained, offering a very healthy and interesting antidote to eating too much mass-produced, processed food.
